Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Represents Quality function on team activities to integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation
- →Provides Quality interpretation of requirements
- →Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for small programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements
- →Conducts capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection activities
- →Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs
- →Performs analysis, tests and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness
- →Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances
- →Conducts RCCA and CAPA activities
- →Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions
- →Recommends corrective actions to address non-conformances
- →Performs benchmarking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved
- →Supports Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities
- →Works under general direction
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 1+ years of experience working with Non-conformance (NCR) processes
- 1+ years of experience reading engineering blueprints/drawings
- 1+ years of experience with root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) methods
- 1+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Level 3: More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience performing quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation
- Ability to work with a cross functional team environment including peers, leadership, and customers
- Experience with AS9102 (FAI) First Article Inspection, AS9145, and AS6500
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range:
Associate, Level 2: $83,300 - $112,700
Experienced, Level 3: $100,300 - $135,700
