Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Facilitate communication and collaboration between the F-15 Air Vehicle IPT, Mission Systems IPT, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, Flight Crews, and Engineering, to ensure awareness and alignment of critical initiatives, develop and execute emerging issue mitigation plans, and collaborate on key technical strategies for the F-15EX and Domestic Programs
- →Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to investigate emerging engineering issues, drive forward progress, develop mitigation and implementation plans, and track performance and execution
- →Collaborate closely with cross-functional production system teams to align integration activities with the overall production schedule, mitigate impacts to the production system, and drive innovative process change to enable rate acceleration for the F-15 program
- →Serve as a point of contact for all F-15 platform integration-related inquiries and issues.
- →Act as a primary focal supporting F-15EX and F-15 platform level technical meetings (ERB, CCB, SRB, ICWG, RWG, F/TMARR, TPWG, etc.)
- →Manage the engineering responsibilities for the DD250 process of F-15EX aircraft
- →Serve as the primary point of contact with the USAF customer and Boeing executive leadership, leveraging exceptional communication skills to clearly convey technical status updates, identify and articulate potential risks, report progress against critical milestones, and facilitate informed decision-making at all levels.

- 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Platform Integration Experience on a Full Rate Production Program
