Senior Program Manager

In this role, the focus is on leading the Saudi Vertical Lift maintenance and sustainment portfolio through the execution of Spare Packages & Field Support activities, Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Modifications and Upgrades, Training and transactional contracts.  This leader will manage the development of new strategic contracts and statement of work along with continuing to support the execution of the currently awarded scope in the Vertical Lift Sustainment portfolio. 

• →Primary focal to attend Customer engagements and support requests
• →Leads the project managers and supporting functions to achieve on-time delivery and first-time quality.
• →Lead matrix IPT team performing Program Management activities
• →Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
• →Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• →Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• →Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• →Follow Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and establishes a PMBP improvement plan

• →Identifies project scope changes, risks, dependencies, and constraints; develops mitigation plans; and implements changes while maintaining schedule, cost, and scope baselines.

• →Supports proposal development, business case preparation, and program strategy planning to meet business goals and long-range business plan objectives.
• →Coordinates with CAM holders. programs, supports work authorization processes, manages commitment data, and leads interorganizational work transfer activities as required.
• →Provide regular Portfolio reporting to leadership.

• 12+ years of experience working in Military or industry with Defense Vertical Lift.
• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• 5+ Years of experience in Microsoft office product

• Experience working FMS contract acquisition
• Experience working with Saudi VL Customer environment i.e. RSLFAC, MNG Aviation Command etc.
