As a Senior Project Manager specializing in civil engineering and land development, you will oversee large-scale site design projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve empowering your team, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the development of the communities where you live and work.

About the Role

Bohler’s Raleigh, NC office is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex land development projects, commercial, residential, and industrial, across the Raleigh market. You’ll set the pace for project excellence, elevating your team’s performance, strengthening client partnerships, and shaping outcomes that reflect Bohler’s impact on the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do

Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution for large-scale land development projects
Manage financial outcomes, including budgets, contracts, and profitability
Cultivate strong client partnerships and represent projects in community and public forums
Oversee regulatory permitting and site plan approvals to ensure project success
Mentor and develop project managers and technical teams to foster growth and excellence
Champion business development efforts to expand Bohler’s client base and regional footprint

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
15+ years of land development and site design experience
At least 7 years of staff management and leadership experience
Expertise in grading, stormwater management, zoning, utility design, and permitting
Strong communication, public presentation, and organizational skills
