Responsibilities
~1 min readIn this role, you will help maintain the safety, functionality, and appearance of commercial properties by:
- →Performing repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and facilities building systems
- →Diagnosing maintenance issues and completing repairs in a timely and professional manner
- →Completing preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
- →Responding to service requests and emergency maintenance needs
- →Maintaining accurate work order documentation and service records
- →Partnering with property managers, clients, tenants, and vendors to deliver exceptional service
- →Participating in a rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours emergencies
Successful candidates will bring a strong work ethic, a customer-service mindset, and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications include:
- At least 2 years of maintenance, facilities, building, or related experience
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing building systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in a variety of environments
