Responsibilities

In this role, you will help maintain the safety, functionality, and appearance of commercial properties by:

→Performing repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and facilities building systems
→Diagnosing maintenance issues and completing repairs in a timely and professional manner
→Completing preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
→Responding to service requests and emergency maintenance needs
→Maintaining accurate work order documentation and service records
→Partnering with property managers, clients, tenants, and vendors to deliver exceptional service
→Participating in a rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours emergencies

Successful candidates will bring a strong work ethic, a customer-service mindset, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications include:

At least 2 years of maintenance, facilities, building, or related experience
Experience troubleshooting and repairing building systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in a variety of environments
