Afternoon Shift Supervisor - Kemps Creek (2-10pm)
Quick Summary
Lead with empathy,
The opportunity to lead,
CHEP helps move more goods to more people, in more places than any other organization on earth via our 347 million pallets, crates and containers. We employ approximately 13,000 people and operate in 60 countries. Through our pioneering and sustainable share-and-reuse business model, the world’s biggest brands trust us to help them transport their goods more efficiently, safely and with less environmental impact.
What does that mean for you? You’ll join an international organization big enough to take you anywhere, and small enough to get you there sooner. You’ll help change how goods get to market and contribute to global sustainability. You’ll be empowered to bring your authentic self to work and be surrounded by diverse and driven professionals. And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.
At CHEP, we help move more goods to more people, in more places than any other organisation on the planet. As part of the Brambles group, our circular business model keeps the world's supply chains moving while reducing waste and creating more sustainable outcomes for our customers and communities. If you're passionate about leading people, building high-performing teams and making a genuine impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.
We're seeking an engaging and people-focused Afternoon Shift Supervisor to lead our production team at our modern Kemps Creek Service Centre.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your day sitting behind a desk. You'll be a visible leader on the floor, coaching, developing and supporting a team to safely deliver production outcomes while building a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture. The successful leader will inherit a team with strong capability and significant opportunity to further strengthen engagement, retention and development.
We're looking for a supervisor who genuinely enjoys leading people, creates an environment where team members can thrive, and brings energy, positivity and authenticity to work every day. Manufacturing experience is welcomed, but proven leadership capability is more important than industry background. If you've successfully led frontline teams in logistics, warehousing, retail, hospitality, transport, construction, aviation, healthcare or manufacturing, we'd love to talk with you.

You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Lead with empathy, authenticity and respect
- Know how to build trust and credibility with frontline employees
- Have a track record of improving team engagement and retention
- Are confident having both supportive and challenging conversations
- Bring positive energy and resilience to your leadership approach
- Can balance people, safety, quality and operational priorities

- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment
- Demonstrated people leadership, coaching and team development capability
- Experience managing performance, attendance or employee relations matters
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making capability

- The opportunity to lead, influence and shape team culture
- Career development and progression opportunities across CHEP and Brambles
