As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of our resort facilities.

Responsibilities include:

• →Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• →Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
• →Completing general repairs including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work
• →Assisting with HVAC and mechanical system upkeep
• →Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• →Responding to maintenance requests from departments and guests
• →Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and reports
• →Supporting a safe environment for guests and team members

• Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Comfortable performing physical work and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
