We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple internal and customer-facing project. The ServiceNow Technical Architect could also be sponsored by Bravium to obtain their ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certification. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serves as the overall Enterprise Architect across multiple technologies with a focus on ServiceNow
- Conducting code reviews to ensure best practices are being adhered to
- Providing technical recommendations and direction for ServiceNow implementations and/or enhancements
- Serving as a subject matter expert for Bravium's clients and internal ServiceNow development team
- Providing high-level estimations on work breakdown structures for ServiceNow implementations and/or enhancements
- Working with the development team to demo potential solutions as required
- Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline the overall platform
- Provide guidance around security posture across the platform
Requirements
Minimum skills and qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in multiple medium to large enterprise environments
- 7+ years of experience with application development experience SDLC, Agile Scrum, etc.)
- Extensive experience developing custom applications using scalable solutions
- Highly desired: Hands-on experience implementing or configuring ServiceNow AI capabilities—including Now Assist, predictive intelligence, agentic solutions, and machine-learning–driven workflows—is a strong plus.
- Javascript and opensource development experience
- Possess an in-depth working knowledge of the technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules
- Strong understanding of networking and infrastructure best practices
- Must work well in a team environment while providing leadership skills and guidance
- Ability to multi-task and provide support across multiple projects
