About the Role

Our Customer Success organization is the heart and soul of BrightEdge and a competitive differentiator for us in the market.  With teams dedicated to onboarding, professional services, customer success, account management (and more!), we provide meaningful and strategic support to our customers, enabling them to hit their organic search goals.   

As a Customer Success Manager on the Search Marketing Analytics team, you’ll work with some of BrightEdge’s most sophisticated customers to drive value throughout the customer lifecycle. You’ll help customers turn digital marketing data into actionable insights that improve their brand visibility and performance across an evolving search landscape. By understanding their data, tailoring the platform to their needs, and translating insights into meaningful business impact, you’ll become a trusted partner across multiple teams and divisions. Ultimately, you’ll help customers get the most out of BrightEdge and use our technology to make a real difference for their business.

  • Drive Business Outcomes — Turn customer data and digital marketing insights into strategies that improve brand visibility and business performance.
  • Analyze & Present Data — Analyze customer data, identify meaningful insights, and confidently present findings and recommendations to customer leaders and executives.
  • Translate Business Needs — Understand customer goals and translate them into effective platform workflows, reporting, research, and use cases.
  • Drive Adoption & Engagement — Lead customer sessions, train teams across divisions, and drive platform adoption through ongoing education and strategic partnership.
  • Expand Customer Impact — Build strong relationships, identify opportunities to increase platform value, and enable advanced AI-powered use cases that support long-term customer success.
    • 5+ years of relevant experience managing multiple customer accounts, ideally in Customer Success, Digital Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Data & Business Acumen — Ability to uncover business needs, analyze data, develop insights, and present recommendations to customers and executive stakeholders
    • Platform & Project Management — Experience driving technology adoption, managing complex integrations, and partnering with technical and business stakeholders
    • Digital Marketing Expertise — Strong understanding of digital marketing with working knowledge of SEO
    • Analytics Experience — Enterprise experience with Tableau, Domo, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
