Do you take pride in helping others get where they need to go safely and comfortably?

Are you someone who enjoys hands-on care and supporting people with their daily needs?

If so, you may be the perfect fit for our One Senior Care family of businesses — including LIFE-NWPA, Mountain View PACE, and Buckeye PACE.

As a Driver/PCA, you'll bring patience, consistency, and care to every interaction. You'll transport participants safely to and from their appointments and support their daily needs either in the center or in their homes. Because participant transportation and care needs can change throughout the day, this role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to adjust schedules while maintaining safe, reliable, and compassionate service.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, cooperative, and enjoys helping others through steady, hands-on work. You'll be part of a supportive team where routines are clear, communication is kind, and participant safety always comes first.

  • $15.90 /hr. to start - $16.90 /hr. after 90 Days
  • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!
  • Eligible for Frontline Staff Incentive Plan, up to $900 paid quarterly.

First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor. While transportation schedules are planned in advance whenever possible, participant needs may occasionally require early start times, schedule adjustments, weekend rotations, route changes, or additional trips throughout the day.
