Tax & Accounting Operations Assistant (f/m/d)

As a Tax & Accounting Operations Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Tax & Accounting teams and help ensure that our processes run reliably and efficiently.

You will:

• Coordinate recurring tax and accounting workflows, keeping track of deadlines, tasks and open items

• Maintain client, engagement and process data across our operational systems

• Manage incoming correspondence and documentation, including communication with tax authorities and external advisers

• Collect, organise and prepare documents and information required for accounting, financial statements, tax returns, audits and other recurring processes, both for service delivery to our clients as well as for internal compliance

• Support client onboarding and migrations, including data migration and operational system setup, as well as contract creation and client invoicing support

• Maintain clear documentation, checklists and status overviews to support quality and timely delivery of client services

• Work with tools such as DATEV, Asana, Slack and other internal systems to keep workflows structured and transparent

• Support statutory and administrative processes such as filings, publications and deadline tracking, both for service delivery to our clients as well as for internal compliance

• Work closely with Tax, Accounting and other internal teams as well as external advisers

• Help continuously improve and standardise processes, tools and documentation

• Explore how automation and AI can make recurring operational work more efficient and scalable
