Responsibilities

→Research and assess existing telecommunications and network configurations.
→Analyze technical requirements and recommend alternative technical solutions.
→Support transition of legacy telecommunications services to current Government contract solutions.
→Develop and review technical requirements supporting PWSs, bid models, IGCEs, QASPs, and related acquisition documentation.
→Assist customers in defining network and telecommunications requirements.
→Support transition planning, provisioning, implementation, cutover, validation, and technical problem resolution.
→Evaluate technologies and recommend solutions that satisfy operational and technical requirements.
→Support continuous process improvement and development of standardized technical processes.
→Work with technologies including transport/access, private line, MPLS, Ethernet, optical networking, IP VPN, VoIP, managed network services, voice, satellite, and wireless services.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship.
Ability to obtain and maintain required CAC/NIPRNet access and satisfy applicable Government suitability requirements.
Demonstrated senior-level experience in telecommunications, network engineering, or comparable DoD/Federal technical environments.
Experience analyzing telecommunications/network configurations and developing technical solutions.
Knowledge of enterprise telecommunications and network technologies.
Experience supporting technical requirements development, transition planning, provisioning, or implementation.
Strong technical documentation and customer communication skills.
