Own the experience. Make every interaction count.
Do you take pride in solving problems, keeping promises, and making life easier for customers? We’re looking for a Customer Experience Advocate who will take ownership of the customer journey from placing an order through delivery, invoicing, and payment.
You’ll be a trusted point of contact, working across teams to keep customers informed, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth order-to-cash experience. If you’re customer-centric, proactive, and willing to follow an issue through to resolution, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Own customer enquiries, orders, and concerns, providing clear, timely updates and following through on commitments.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and finance to support accurate orders, reliable deliveries, and correct invoicing.
- Help customers resolve order changes, delivery delays, returns, billing queries, and payment discrepancies with care and urgency.
- Anticipate potential issues and communicate solutions before customers need to follow up.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in relevant systems.
- Represent the customer’s perspective internally, highlighting recurring challenges and recommending improvements.
- Contribute to service and performance goals while building lasting customer relationships.
What you’ll bring
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen carefully, explain clearly, and adapt to different customers.
- A customer-first mindset and a strong sense of accountability; you take ownership and close the loop.
- Sound problem-solving skills and confidence managing competing priorities.
- Attention to detail when handling orders, customer information, and billing enquiries.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to stay calm and constructive in challenging situations.
- Confidence using business software and learning new systems.
An advantage: Exposure to ERP and CRM systems, or experience supporting order processing, logistics, invoicing, or the wider order-to-cash cycle.
What we offer
- A competitive salary package.
- Monthly performance incentives that recognise your contribution.
- The opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the customer experience and help improve how we work.
