Program Manager, BIVO (Brownsville In, Violence Out)

The person filling this position is expected, under general direction, to: (1) manage one or more programs which require contact with internal and/or external clients and/or the community; (2) has understanding of all aspects of contract requirements and communicate this understanding to staff; and, (3) participate in program design
- Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) and three years of applicable experience in a human services field and/or equivalent experience. At least 3 additional years of experience with Cure Violence work/model is preferred.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience working with NYC Crisis Management System is a plus.
- Experience supervising formerly incarcerated individuals is a plus.
Compensation: $70,000 to $75,000 annually
When salary ranges are listed, the range would represent the low and high end for the applicable position & program. The salary offered would be based on various factors unique to each program and candidate. This includes but is not limited to experience, education, budget and/or program size, internal equity, skills and other factors that may be required for the position and organization.
Status: -Full-time (35 hours per week)
