Responsibilities

  • Lead full cycle recruiting for scaling our Sales positions. From sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, you will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and move the needle.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Serve as a mentor to other members of the team to help scale internal recruiting practices

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in scaling Sales teams in a high growth environment

  • Demonstrated success in developing sophisticated top-of-funnel strategies and managing evergreen pipelines that deliver quality candidates.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build high-trust relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels.

  • You are comfortable with data. You know your conversion rates and use them to manage expectations and drive results.

  • Humble and team-oriented, prioritizing collective success over individual. Values collaboration and diverse perspectives to achieve common goals.

  • Thrive in ambiguity, take ownership of outcome, and persist until right hire is made.

  • Takes initiative, persists in the face of setbacks, and continuously strives for excellence in all endeavors.

  • Experienced in working with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby, and are able to leverage them to increase your productivity

Candid Health is an in-person team and this role is specifically for our San Francisco, Denver, or New York office.

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $145,000 - $190,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
