Lead Cook

• →Working as part of a team in a structured correctional environment
• →Preparing, baking, and cooking meals according to company standards
• →Reading and following company recipes and established procedures
• →Helping ensure meals are prepared accurately and on schedule
• →Assisting with kitchen organization and maintaining a clean work area
• →Assisting with kitchen clean-up and maintaining proper sanitation

• Leading, directing, and assisting inmates within the kitchen
• A positive, dependable, and professional attitude
• The ability to work effectively in a structured correctional environment
• The ability to read, understand, and follow company recipes
• The ability to assist with food preparation, baking, cooking, and clean-up
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Flexibility to work varying days and hours, approximately 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Must be able to obtain clearance and approval to work inside the facility
