• →Lead end-to-end delivery of TPRM projects, ensuring timely execution within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• →Manage business and technology change initiatives, ensuring seamless transition to BAU and successful adoption by internal and external stakeholders.
• →Collaborate with business, technology, risk, compliance, and vendor teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• →Translate business requirements into functional solutions, define design options, and support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• →Create and manage user stories, maintain product backlogs, and work closely with Agile teams during sprint planning and execution.
• →Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and governance activities.
• →Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive-level updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• →Support the implementation of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks, governance, and vendor risk initiatives.
• →Contribute to payments transformation initiatives involving Domestic and International Payments.
• →Work with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence for project planning, requirement management, and documentation.
• →Collaborate with technical teams on API-related initiatives; experience in API analysis is an added advantage.

• Strong experience in Project Management with end-to-end project delivery.
• Hands-on experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Experience in Banking & Financial Services, preferably across Retail and/or Corporate Banking.
• Experience managing business and technology change with successful BAU transition.
• Strong knowledge of Payments (Domestic and/or International).
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and defining solution options.
• Hands-on experience writing User Stories.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience with API Analysis or API integrations.
• Knowledge of Vendor Risk Management and Governance.
• Experience working in large-scale digital transformation programs.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
