🏢This is a Hybrid role, working from our London (Moorgate) Offices 2 days per week.

The team handles all the critical, complex calculations for our Credit product: working out a customer's balance in real time, creating payment plans for those who are struggling, and managing the collections process. This requires high availability, data accuracy and performance at scale.

Responsibilities

→A track record of leading and delivering complex projects
→Experience leading or mentoring engineers, and the appetite to own the full management remit, from hiring and development through to the harder people conversations
→Extensive commercial experience with C#/.Net
→Strong technical background in modern software development practices and cloud-based scalable architecture
→A customer-focused, commercially aware and data-informed approach to your decision making
→Ability to manage cross-team dependencies, collaborating effectively with Product, QA, and other stakeholders
