Security Agent

The Security Agent maintains the security and safety of all team members and guests.

• →Maintains security of all areas of the property
• →Is familiar with all team members.
• →Is familiar with all alarm systems.
• →Maintains and knows emergency procedures and all responding agencies.
• →Completes and files all necessary reports.
• →Maintains log, keeping it up-to-date and accurate.
• →Responds to all emergencies and reports to the General Manager
• →Reports any maintenance issues to General Manager
• →Maintains knowledge of check-in/out procedures
• →Maintains professionalism at all times.
• →Approaches all situations with care and requests backup if the situation is questionable.
• →All other duties as requested.

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:

• High School diploma/ GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Presents a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail.
• Demonstrates alertness and attentiveness.
• Strong ethical and moral values
• Flexible schedule: weekends and holidays are required.
