The Opportunity

Capstone Logistics is seeking motivated Material Handlers / Forklift Operators to join our warehouse operations team in Edwardsville, IL. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced environment where you'll play a critical part in keeping freight moving efficiently throughout the supply chain. What You'll Do

Load and unload freight safely and efficiently
Sort, palletize, repack, and move products throughout the warehouse
Perform freight handling and material movement duties
Audit shipments for accuracy
Assist with warehouse housekeeping and cleanup
Follow all safety procedures and site-specific operating guidelines
Complete additional duties as assigned by site leadership

What We're Looking For

High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs. throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
Forklift experience preferred
Equipment experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and participate in paid training

Physical Requirements

Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of products weighing 25-75 lbs.
Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday
Ability to work in a warehouse environment and maintain productivity standards
