Delivery Manager – Patient Access

Your Role:

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead and develop our internal Epic Clinical application teams. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving team performance, and ensuring that delivery standards for our managed services customers are consistently met. The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader with strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes and healthcare IT.


As a Delivery Manager at Cardamom, you will:

  • Manage and mentor a team of remote analysts focused on supporting Epic revenue cycle and access modules across customers
  • Oversee workload distribution, performance tracking, and career development for team members
  • Ensure teams are delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and adhering to internal processes and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) across customers
  • Align team capacity with project needs
  • Identify skill gaps, provide coaching, support and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities
  • Implement and maintain best practices, standards, and operational processes for revenue cycle delivery
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous operational excellence
  • Foster a collaborative, fun, and engaged team culture

Our ideal Delivery Manager will have: 

  • Epic certification in an Epic Patient Access application (Cadence, Grand Central, or Prelude)
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with at least 2–3 years in a people management role
  • Experience managing teams of analysts or technical staff in a consulting or healthcare IT environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to motivate teams, manage performance, and implement operational improvements

Bonus points for experience with the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle and access processes
