  • Build and run governance for priority workstreams, including project plans, milestones, risk and issue tracking, budget and resource coordination, meeting cadence, action-item follow-through, and concise status reporting for leadership.
  • Design and improve operating processes, playbooks, and roles-and-responsibilities models; map workflows across teams; and support capability-building through tools, analytics, training materials, and implementation support.

  • Ability to act as a central integrator across functions, ensuring alignment, follow-through, and clear decision-making on shared priorities.
  • Experience preparing executive presentations, briefing materials, and decision support for senior leaders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across executive leaders, operations teams, external partners, and community or government stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience with process mapping, playbook development, governance cadences, and accountability structures that improve execution.
  • Strong analytical skills, including KPI design, dashboard interpretation, and translation of findings into action plans.
  • Comfort coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously, including budgets, timelines, resourcing, risks, and dependencies.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Suite, Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and project/reporting platforms (MS Project, SmartSeets, ClickUp, Monday, Asana, etc.) required.
