Sr. Quality Engineer, Assembly & Test, Prime Air

This role involves driving Design for Excellence initiatives, long-range planning for quality processes, establishing standard work, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective products at scale, and assessing process capabilities for optimization. The Senior Quality Engineer will also support the qualification of next-generation drones and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and control critical inputs in the assembly and testing process. The role requires a master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, experience with interdisciplinary teams, project management, process design, and Six Sigma Black certification is highly desired.
