Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on job boards and the company's website. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with candidates. Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events to attract top talent. Coordinate pre-employment checks and assessments. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that they complete required paperwork and are familiar with company policies and procedures. Conduct new employee orientations and assist with employee training. Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Process changes related to employee status, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations. Assist employees with benefits enrolment, inquiries, and changes. Coordinate benefits-related activities, such as open enrolment and wellness programs. Maintain accurate benefits records. Assist in preparing and maintaining HR-related documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and policy manuals. Assist in ensuring HR practices and processes comply with labor laws and regulations. Handle routine employee inquiries and provide information about HR policies and procedures. Assist in addressing employee concerns and issues, escalating them to senior HR professionals when necessary. Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and morale. Assist in the administration of the performance appraisal process. Help maintain performance records and ensure timely completion of evaluations. Assist in organizing training programs and workshops for employees. Help maintain training records and track employee development. Generate HR reports and metrics to track key HR indicators. Assist in data analysis and provide insights to support HR decision-making. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs. Participate in employee feedback mechanisms and surveys. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by participating in related programs and activities. Assist in collecting and analyzing diversity data. Assist in the exit process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork. Familiarize yourself with HR software and tools used for data management and reporting. Contribute to HR-related projects, such as HR audits, policy reviews, and process improvements. Participate in research on HR best practices and industry trends. Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and industry trends through training and professional development.
