Task Order Program Manager - Part Time

Bluehawk is seeking an experienced and highly organized Task Order Program Manager (PM) to lead and oversee contract execution in support of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Directorate. This is a Key Personnel position responsible for managing program operations, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring quality performance across all task order requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, program management expertise, and familiarity with personnel security, contract administration, and federal operations

• →Prior experience supporting DHS, DoD, or other federal programs in a Program Manager or Task Order Lead capacity.
• →Demonstrated success managing complex contracts, multidisciplinary teams, and mission-critical deliverables.
• →PMP certification or equivalent program management credential.
