Project Manager

From mechanical system analysis and standard energy retrofits, to the installation of complex and integrated protocol systems, we deliver state-of-the-art expertise and customer-centered service.

Havel is seeking a Project Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of Temperature Controls systems across data center, commercial, industrial, and other projects. You’ll oversee all phases of BAS /BMS project execution—from engineering and programming to installation and closeout—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• →Develop and execute control system implementation plans tailored to client needs.
• →Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, programmers, and installers.
• →Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• →Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and field surveys.
• →Support technical troubleshooting and commissioning efforts.
• →Ensure compliance with budget and schedule targets.
• →Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Interest in managing HVAC, BAS, BMS or control system installations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.

Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000 annual salary
