Mixing Operative/FLT Driver - Nights

Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Mixing Operative / FLT Driver to help keep production moving safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Position Type: Full Time, PermanentHours/Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 22:00 - 06:00Pay: £14.58 per hour

Closing date: Friday 2nd October 2026

• →Operate Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
• →Supply raw materials and work-in-progress products to production lines.
• →Prepare mixes accurately using production recipes.
• →Complete quality checks and associated documentation.
• →Operate and clean mixing equipment to food manufacturing standards.
• →Support packing activities and manual handling tasks.
• →Accurately complete system transactions and paperwork.
• →Work with production teams to ensure daily targets are achieved.

• Reach Truck Licence OR Counterbalance Licence (with willingness to complete in-house Reach Truck conversion).
• Experience working in a food manufacturing.
• Able to follow processes, recipes and quality procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to undertake manual handling activities, including lifting products safely.
