• →Leading oil & gas projects, including the review of designs and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state codes, industry standards and design criteria 
• →Knowledge of industry codes and standards, including ASME and API with familiarity of OSHA and EPA requirements
• →Directs process facility design, terminal/storage design, construction, operation and maintenance projects, including measurement/metering facilities, loading/handling facilities, control systems, processing equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, compressors, pumps, coolers, etc.
• →Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver technical solutions
• →Providing technical guidance to engineers and project team
• →Plant, terminal, metering and loading design and material selection 

• →Reviewing the development of engineering deliverables, including plot plans, PFDs, and P&IDs 

• →Construction specification and bid package preparation 
• →Alternative/Feasibility studies 
• →Develop project status reports with task completion, progress, challenges, and solutions 
• →Oversee pursuits, designate the appropriate resources to projects, define client needs, address client concerns and manage engineering resources within budget
• →Lead and participate in technical, cost, and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams ensuring company quality standards and driving customer value
• →Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and regulatory agencies
• →Leading, growing and mentoring staff – supporting the achievement of professional career goals
• →Devise new approaches to problems encountered
• →Manage all phases of project execution including project organization, subcontractor management, scheduling, financial management, health and safety stewardship, and reporting
• →Collaborate on a program of design and construction management projects striving for continuous improvement in process development and execution
• →Communicate effectively with internal and external teams of clients and stakeholders

• Required, Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline
• Preferred, Professional Engineer (PE)

• 7+ years of related PM experience in refinery or similar oil/petrochemical industry
• Experienced in project engineering and management activities with a background in utilizing standard tools and information to make tactical course corrections regarding budgeting, scheduling, and scope changes
• Ability to assess and resolve issues and conflicts internally and externally
• Design experience either first-hand or through reviews of work products and independent technical reviews
• Valid Driver’s license
