Painter

Help keep our building looking its best. As our Painter, you’ll maintain and refresh interior and exterior surfaces through painting, touch-ups, and related repairs—supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

• 80 hours of vacation

• 40 hours of sick time (with rollover)

• Personal days 

• →Paint and touch up interior and exterior walls, doors, trim, ceilings, and other building surfaces.
• →Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching holes, and repairing minor imperfections.
• →Select and apply appropriate paints and coatings for each area, following facility requirements.
• →Protect residents, staff, visitors, furniture, and equipment from dust, fumes, spills, and work areas.
• →Follow infection-prevention, safety, and facility procedures while working in occupied healthcare spaces.
• →Coordinate work with facility staff to minimize disruption to care and daily activities.
• →Keep tools, materials, and work areas clean, orderly, and secure.
• →Report damage or maintenance concerns that need additional attention.

• Schedule: Days- would need to be flexible 
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
