Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to follow oral and written instructions; basic reading and communication skills.
Must be able to stand for long periods, lift, bend, and work in a warm, sometimes wet environment.

Responsibilities

→Operate commercial dishwashers, ensuring proper water temperatures and chemical concentrations (parts per million) are maintained.
→Scrape, rinse, and rack soiled dishes, trays, pots, pans, and silverware; hand-wash larger or specialized items.
→Properly store, dry, and rotate dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated areas.
→Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean worktables, sinks, walls, and refrigerators.
→Empty trash containers, clean garbage cans, and replace liners.
