Regional Director - Quality

• →Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field required, master’s degree preferred. 

• →5+ years’ progressively responsible healthcare quality experience, preferably in a physician practice, ambulatory, or perioperative setting. 

• →Knowledge of quality improvement principles and patient safety. 

• →Knowledge of Power BI preferred. 

• →Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements relevant to physician practice. 

• →Knowledge of clinical quality review methodologies and quality governance processes. 

• →Ability to interpret quality data and trends. 

• →Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. 

• →Ability to lead and facilitate committee discussions and communicate complex information to diverse audiences. 

• →Ability to build collaborative relationships with clinicians, facility leaders, and multidisciplinary teams. 

• →Experience leading quality improvement initiatives across multiple sites. 

• →Demonstrated ability to influence through collaboration and trust building. 

• →Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and continuous improvement. 

• →Experience leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.
