Reviewing Estimates and Invoices for cost savings, warranty as appropriate.
Scheduling Preventative Maintenance for small, medium, and heavy-duty equipment.
Overseeing the work of service providers to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
Issuing PO numbers and approvals.
Vendor optimization.
Align Vendor costs when on-boarding new vendors.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in speaking with customer and vendor network.
Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required.
Proficiency with computers and the ability to multi-task as needed.

At least 1 year experience in customer service.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must have great attention to detail.
Must handle tasks professionally and with a sense of urgency.
Must have the willingness and capabilities to learn the software systems.
Must have strong computer skills, (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Proficient and accurate typing skills.
Must exhibit professional manner in all dealings.
Must have strong communication skills.

✓Shift times: 11am-8pm, and 1pm-10pm.

✓40 hour work week, no overtime is offered. One weekend day required.

✓The starting payrate is $19.00-$21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
