Internship Schedule: May - August 2027, full-time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

- →Support project engineers in the planning and execution of aerospace and industrial programs.
- →Assist in tracking project schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
- →Help maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, risk registers, and status reports.
- →Participate in cross-functional team meetings and assist with follow-up activities.
- →Support project status reporting by gathering and analyzing project performance data.
- →Assist with project planning activities, including schedule updates and resource tracking.
- →Learn and support requirements management processes, including documentation and traceability activities.
- →Help identify and track project risks, issues, and opportunities.
- →Support customer and internal project reviews by preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
- →Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to support project objectives.
- →Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and product development projects.
- →Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving project execution and team efficiency.
- →Conduct research and analysis to support project management and business objectives.
- →Complete special projects and assignments as needed.
Requirements

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- Strong interest in project management, engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace industries.
