• →System Performance: Install, commission, and optimize advanced DDC systems, ensuring controls, sensors, and networks meet performance standards. 

• →Proactive Problem Solving: Use technical judgment to solve automation challenges and mitigate project risks before they impact timelines. 

• →Technical Leadership: Train owners on system operation and partner with Project Managers to manage risks and improve execution. 

• →Travel & Growth: Travel as needed and adapt to changing schedules while taking end-to-end ownership of complex projects. 

• →Project Integrity: Maintain accurate documentation and participate in project reviews to drive continuous improvement. 

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 2+ Years of professional experience in HVAC, Building Automation, Information Technology, or Industrial Networking, including direct experience with IP networking, Modbus protocols, or PLC programming.

• Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.

• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.

• Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.

• Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to act as a technical authority and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative field environment.

• Complex Project Delivery: Executes turnkey building automation solutions with minimal oversight, focusing on high-quality field execution and resource management.

• Advanced Integration & Networking: High skills-level proficiency in integrating diverse platforms and managing complex TCP/IP and wireless networking.

• System Troubleshooting: Advanced diagnostic skills for resolving high-level technical challenges in controls, sensors, and software, at the equipment and system level.

• Training & Communication: Dedicated to delivering site-specific technical training to building owners and operators while maintaining clear documentation.
