Maintenance Engineer

• →Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for assembly line equipment.
• →Support the installation, commissioning, and improvement of production machines and equipment.
• →Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement mistake-proofing (Poka-Yoke) solutions to eliminate recurring machine issues.
• →Troubleshoot equipment failures and provide timely corrective actions to minimize production downtime.
• →Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve machine reliability and maintainability.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime to support business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or production equipment support.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis techniques.
• Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, pneumatic systems, and electrical control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, or OEE concepts is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
