Maintenance Technician (TEMP)

• Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to the supervisor.
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and building - Vendor scheduling and monitoring
• Maintenance of common areas, maintaining the Work Order database
• Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
• Identify and report any safety issues to management.

• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Position involves standing and movement throughout the day. Must be able to transport oneself around the property.
• Position will alternate between working indoors in a controlled climate and proper lighting to and outdoors setting with variable climate and lighting.
• Must be able to lift heavy loads utilizing safe work methods.
• Able to lift 75 pounds or more.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year maintenance experience.

All Maintenance personnel are required a general physical ensuring the healthy ability to lift 50 lbs. This is arranged by our offices at no out-of-pocket cost. Candidates may also be required to consent to a Motor Vehicle Report.
