Located in beautiful West Linn, Oregon, we are currently seeking full-time Pantry/Line Cook to join our culinary team. If you're passionate about food and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in a restaurant, banquet, or catering environment and possess a strong work ethic with a commitment to quality.

• →Prepare and execute high-quality menu items in a scratch kitchen.
• →Assist with banquet and special event preparation and service.
• →Execute appetizers, salads, action stations, and entrée production.
• →Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards.
• →Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• →Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while supporting fellow team members.
• →Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift.

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant, banquet, or catering experience preferred.
• Strong knife skills.
• Experience with high-volume food production is a plus.
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong team mentality.
• Excellent personal hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Oregon Food Handler Card required.
• Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation is a must. 
• Background check required.
