  • Develop and execute advanced RevPAR and market share growth strategies by analyzing historical data, forecasting demand, and evaluating market conditions.
  • Oversee revenue strategy for a portfolio of properties, ensuring tailored approaches are implemented for each hotel's unique market and positioning.
  • Lead and participate in revenue strategy meetings, collaborating with General Managers and other key stakeholders to align on short- and long-term goals.
  • Participate in and present to ownership during monthly or annual budget presentations, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Generate, review, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize all distribution channels to maintain rate parity, pricing integrity, and maximize online and offline performance.
  • Monitor competitive sets, market conditions, and industry trends to maintain competitive positioning across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams on promotional campaigns, packages, and website content to drive incremental revenue.
  • Maintain and utilize data from all market segments to inform strategic decision-making and optimize property performance.
  • Four year degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of revenue management experience, with demonstrated success managing complex and diverse hotel portfolios.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems, distribution platforms, and Microsoft Excel, with advanced data analysis capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results and innovation.
  • A professional demeanor with a collaborative and adaptable approach to cross-departmental relationships.
  • Passion for driving revenue success and delivering exceptional results.
