We are looking for an excellent Design engineer, analyzing all client-feedback-data-streams, shipping magical ui/ux straight into production. Make our product self-serving whilst helping our users find and install + scale anything seamlessly, whlist shipping straight into production yourself, not even wanting to wait for PR to get merged.

- Own End-to-End UI/UX for all our products

- Speak with clients and discover their needs,

- build an aggregated analysis and prioritization funnel for all client-input,

- map and prioritize it to impact sprints for devs,

- focus on self-usage, self-adoption and usability and ease-of-navigation for all platform,

- deploy frontend-code yourself

• You are smart and curious and humble.
• You have a good understanding of tech and design. Not shy of how API calls and webhooks work and can read and understand JSON and API documentation. In addition, you have practical experience in how to prompt LLMs correctly.
• You enjoy engaging directly with customers and take pride in resolving issues efficiently..
• High stress resistance: You don’t panic when things go sideways.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-managed, disciplined, proactive.
• Genuine interest in tech, startups, and building something meaningful.
• Preverably living Vienna. Europe is a must.
• Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
