Senior FinOps Program Analyst

Checkr is looking for a Senior FinOps Program Analyst to support execution and scheduling of internal technology programs, reporting to the Director of Billing Ops, in the Financial Operations organization. This person will track progress and coordinate delivery for a portfolio of initiatives spanning AI tooling adoption, financial and people systems, revenue and customer systems, security, and billing operations, helping keep each on track against scope, timeline, and stakeholder expectations. The role partners closely with AI Solutions, Business Systems, Finance, and Security teams to keep internal systems reliable and adopted as Checkr scales.

• →Support program management for a portfolio of Corporate Engineering initiatives, tracking progress from scoping through delivery and post-launch review.
• →Maintain program roadmaps and status reporting, translating progress and blockers into clear updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• →Coordinate with AI Solutions, Business Systems, Finance, and Security teams to track dependencies and flag delivery risks.
• →Support adoption of AI tooling and integrations across internal teams by coordinating rollout logistics, training schedules, and communications.
• →Track success metrics and KPIs for each program, compiling data to inform trade-off discussions with the Manager, Technology Assurance.
• →Help maintain and refine program management processes, templates, and governance to improve consistency across Corporate Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in program or project coordination, with a solid grasp of project planning, stakeholder communication, and risk tracking.
• Experience supporting technology rollouts or adoption initiatives, including coordinating training and communications with end users.
• Strong documentation skills, able to communicate plans, updates, and decisions clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A detail-oriented mindset, with experience tracking success metrics and KPIs to support program reporting
• PMP, PMI-ACP or similar certifications is a plus.
• An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.
