Summary:

The Barren River District Health Department is seeking a part-time Mobile Health Unit Drivers to support our outreach and public health initiatives across our 8 county district.

Responsibilities:

Drive the mobile unit to scheduled events
Set up and breaking down the mobile unit at event sites.
Maintain cleanliness of unit and coordinate maintenance of the mobile unit
Assist with vehicle detailing and upkeep
Support events during normal business hours, evenings, and weekends as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:

Must pass a health screening to obtain a DOT medical card
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
CDL not required, but experience with sprinter-type or similar vehicles is preferred
Willingness to travel to counties within the BRDHD service area.
The minimum hourly rate is $15.00.
