Senior Accountant

• →Ensure accurate and timely accounting and reporting in accordance with Group deadlines and guidelines on a monthly, quarterly and year end basis;
• →Financial Statements preparation and participation in audit processes;
• →Manage operational issues, resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities faced in accounting and reporting area;
• →Ensure close dialogue with Business units and stakeholders in Europe and North America;
• →Ensure compliance of internal controls in accordance with the Group’s guidelines;
• →Perform intercompany transactions reconciliation, resolve discrepancies and errors;
• →Actively participate in improvement projects in accounting/ reporting area.
   

• Strong analytical and accounting skills;
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process;
• Strong process analytical skills and process improvement capabilities;
• Ability to work in a challenging environment;
• Good Excel skills and general accounting systems background (Oracle JDE and Longview is an advantage);
• Fluent English language skills (oral and writing) to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders;
• University degree in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics or similar;
• Solid experience (at least 3 years) in accounting or audit field, preferably within an international work environment;
• Willingness to learn and grow.
