Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Consultant for Private Sector Advisory in Lithuania.

Participate in problem-solving sessions (both internal and external), suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions;

Analyze our client's business needs and design models to determine company growth opportunities and strategies;

Perform desk research, analyze data and create financial models;

Synthesize your findings into reports;

Deliver thorough communication to clients.

You are a recent graduate in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Finance or a related subject;

You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills, and usage of data visualization is an advantage;

You have strong analytical skills, natural curiosity and eagerness to learn new things;

You feel comfortable with English as your main working language, both verbal and written;

You are fluent in the Lithuanian language.
