→Lead client communication and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the project;
→Clarify client needs, requirements, and expectations;
→Work closely with development teams to understand technical requirements, risks, and implementation approaches;
→Translate technical information between clients and internal teams;
→Proactively identify issues, dependencies, and gaps in requirements;
→Collaborate closely with PM, UI/UX, design, and development teams to keep projects moving forward.

Requirements

Have 3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency, product, or web development environment;
Have a strong technical background or significant experience working closely with development teams, with a strong focus on website projects;
Understand web and product development processes and can comfortably discuss technical topics with developers and clients;
Have strong problem-solving and proactive decision-making skills, with a get-it-done mindset;
Can provide clear guidance and accurate recommendations on project execution, planning, and scope;
Are comfortable working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other common project management methodologies;
Have excellent client communication skills and are comfortable leading client discussions, reviews, and workshops;
Can translate complex technical information into clear, understandable communication for non-technical stakeholders;
Are highly organized and able to coordinate multiple projects and priorities at the same time;
Can work effectively in a remote, distributed environment with colleagues and clients across different time zones;
Are located within a reasonable maximum 3-hour time difference from the Central European Time Zone;
Have Russian language proficiency;
Are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
