ClearSource is seeking a driven Operations Manager to lead team performance, strengthen leadership capabilities, and ensure alignment with internal and client expectations.
What you will do as an Operations Manager
- Lead overall team performance, ensuring alignment with internal standards and client expectations.
- Utilize consumer and medical industry knowledge to support program execution.
- Develop and maintain KPI reports to track performance in both Training and Production.
- Design and implement incentive programs to drive team engagement and results.
- Conduct regular leadership meetings to review metrics, analyze trends, identify root causes, and drive solutions while recognizing strong performance.
- Provide consistent coaching to Team Leads focused on team progress, performance alignment, job satisfaction, and leadership development.
- Facilitate calibration, triad sessions, focus groups, and skip-level meetings to ensure coaching quality and team engagement.
- Represent Operations in client interactions and ensure timely resolution of escalations and requests.
- Define roles, set expectations, and ensure clear communication across all levels of the team.
- Proactively address challenges across people, processes, and technology, escalating critical risks as needed.
- Partner with Training and clients on workforce readiness, tool access, and ongoing development needs.
- Oversee hiring and promotions, ensuring the right talent is selected and developed.
- Lead quality calibration efforts and ensure resolution of identified gaps.
- Ensure disciplinary actions align with company values and leadership principles.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and reinforce alignment with company mission and culture.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum of 4 years of leadership and people management experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the BPO industry
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager
- Background in consumer services with relevant medical knowledge or experience
- Proven track record in managing Healthcare or Health Insurance lines of business
