To strengthen our HR team, we are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Operations & Mobility Specialist.

Within our HR department, we are looking for an HR Operations & Mobility Specialist with an interest in hard HR who enjoys working in a supportive and operational role.

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the operational management of all mobility solutions within the organisation. You will focus on structure, reporting and cost control.

In addition to mobility, you will take on a supporting, operational role within Compensation & Benefits.

Responsibilities

Mobility & Fleet management (your main task)

  • Operational management of the vehicle fleet: orders, contracts, liaising with leasing partners, correct application of the policy;

  • Setting up and maintaining clear reporting on usage, costs and budget monitoring;

  • Cost control and identification of optimisation opportunities;

  • Operational monitoring of all other forms of mobility (bike leasing and bike allowances, alternative mobility, etc.), in line with tax and legal requirements.

Operational Compensation & Benefits (supporting and in consultation with the Comp & Ben Manager)

  • Supporting the administrative monitoring of existing fringe benefits such as meal and eco-vouchers, group and hospitalisation insurance, and mobility budgets. Helping to ensure the accuracy and consistency of these benefits;

  • Preparing and updating HR documents;

  • Preparing monthly data processing, including reimbursed expenses, bicycle allowances, etc.;

  • Playing an active role in the monitoring and maintenance of HR reporting/audits relating to new hires, departures and transfers, and ensuring the necessary data quality within the agreed processes;

  • Ensuring that the administrative onboarding form for new employees is submitted correctly and on time in accordance with the agreed process;

  • Administrative preparation of offboarding formalities;

  • Administrative processing of RVA (Time Credit/Thematic Leave);

  • Monitoring of workplace accidents & commuting accidents;

  • Carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks at the request of Comp & Ben.

  • Formal education: you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree or have relevant experience in HR Operations, mobility or a support role within Compensation & Benefits;

  • Language skills: you are proficient in both written and spoken Dutch and English;

  • Experience with fleet or mobility management is a distinct advantage;

  • Interest in HR. This role allows you to build experience with a view to eventually progressing to a full-fledged payroll role;

  • Strong analytical skills, accurate and cost-conscious;

  • Structured, discreet and independent, with a hands-on mentality;

  • Proficient in Excel and reporting. Familiar with AI tools and strong prompting skills;

  • Strong communication skills when liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners;

  • Initial experience with an HR system is a plus.
