→Ensure smooth coordination between production, inventory, procurement, and delivery teams.

→Monitor stock usage, raw materials, and production timelines.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management, workshop management, or manufacturing environment.
Strong experience in furniture manufacturing or related production industries is preferred.
Experience in workshop management and supervising production teams.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Good understanding of production planning, stock control, and workflow management.
Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
