We are seeking a Lead Mobile Developer with 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in mobile application development and 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native. The ideal candidate is a technical leader capable of architecting and delivering high-quality mobile experiences across multiple restaurant brands. You will be responsible for defining and implementing scalable engineering practices, building reusable components, and driving a consistent mobile technology strategy across both iOS and Android platforms. In this role, you will work closely with product, UX, QA, backend, and business stakeholders to translate brand and customer needs into reliable, performant, and scalable mobile applications.

Experience: 12+ years of overall software engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in mobile development.
Technical Skills: 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
Leadership: Proven experience as a hands-on technical leader, with the ability to manage architecture decisions, enforce standards, and mentor team members.
Scalability: Strong understanding of modular architecture, reusable design patterns, and shared component strategies.
Platforms: Demonstrated success delivering and supporting mobile products across both iOS and Android.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to support diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
