Job Description

Concentrix Malaysia is hiring a Senior Facility Supervisor to manage facility operations within a contact center environment and ensure the smooth functioning of all critical building systems.

Responsibilities

→Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities
→Manage HVAC, electrical, UPS, generator, plumbing, and fire protection systems
→Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
→Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers
→Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and statutory requirements
→Lead and supervise facility team members

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facility Supervisor in a Contact Centre/BPO environment
Strong knowledge of HVAC, UPS, generators, electrical systems, and building maintenance
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and facility-related projects
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
