Coins is the most established crypto brand in The Philippines and has gained the trust of more than 18 million users. Through the easy-to-use mobile app, users can buy and sell a variety of different cryptocurrencies and access a wide range of financial services.

Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.

We’re looking for an Account Manager - Online Enterprise to grow and manage our network of online merchant partners. This role plays a key part in expanding Coins.ph’s digital payments ecosystem, driving adoption among e-commerce and online service platforms nationwide.
  • Grow our merchant base. Identify and engage online merchants (e-commerce stores, marketplaces, subscription services, etc.) that can benefit from Coins.ph’s QR Ph-compliant payment solutions.
  • Drive partnerships. Conduct product demos and craft proposals that show how Coins.ph can help merchants accept payments easily and securely.
  • Manage the full sales cycle. From prospecting to deal closing — lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Support onboarding and activation. Help merchants integrate Coins.ph payments into their platforms, working closely with our tech and compliance teams.
  • Build strong relationships. Be the main point of contact for online merchants, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and helping drive their transaction growth.
  • Track results and insights. Meet and exceed sales targets while sharing valuable market feedback to improve our merchant experience and product offerings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, ideally in FinTech, payments, or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills. You must know how to build trust and close deals.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with QR Ph, payment gateways, digital wallets, or e-commerce integrations is a strong advantage.
  • A team player who’s also confident working independently.
  • Passionate about helping online businesses grow through digital and cashless payments.
  • Ability to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
